They know the unwritten workarounds, the hidden shortcuts, and the exact secrets required to push care through a high-friction system.

Information locked inside a single human processor is stagnant. When an environment reinforces individual optimization over systemic socialization, true power evaporates. True power in modern leadership—and especially in medicine—doesn’t reside in isolated pockets of individual genius; it depends entirely on the Network Effect.

When knowledge is hoarded rather than distributed, it actively prevents the formation of a Shared Mental Model. If all members of a team are not operating from the exact same conceptual playbook, they are just individuals reading isolated data points in a silo.

Stop metricizing individual speed and start incentivizing knowledge socialization. True leadership isn’t about collecting heroes; it’s about building a highly collaborative, data-literate network.
